FOR GROUPS OF 2
Want to work out with your best friend, spouse, or other favorite fitness buddy? Then Duet Training at Bodhi Body is for you!
It is ideal that your training partner be at a similar level of experience with no serious injuries or health issues, in order to best meet the needs of both of you during your training sessions.
FOR GROUPS OF 3-8
Our Pilates Group Training programs ensure that you are placed in a group appropriate for your level of Pilates skill and experience. We have: Beginner, Basic, B-I, Intermediate, and I-A, Advanced* classes.
Intermediate and advanced students may opt to participate in basic, or beginner-intermediate classes for review and fine-tuning. No matter your level, you can always learn something new – even the most basic of Pilates exercises can be challenging! All group training class participation is by instructor approval only.
Unless otherwise specified on the schedule, our private sessions and group training classes are not designated “Reformer” or “Tower” and only use one specific piece of Pilates equipment, but we want you to explore and gain the benefits from the whole Pilates system. Sessions may include, Pilates Matwork, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, and other equipment in the studio. To add variety to your workouts there will be times when we “work the system,” target a specific goal or theme, mix things up with a circuit style workout, or add a little cardio into class with the Pilates Jump board on the Reformer. It will always be fun, challenging for brain and body, and you are guaranteed a never-ending learning experience.
