Private Training is Recommended for ALL Students
One on one training is an efficient, effective way to customize your workouts and get the personalized attention you need to reach your wellness goals. While we recommend private training to all our students, if you have any medical issues, health concerns, or are recovering from an injury or accident, it may be required.
Private, one-on-one training sessions are the best gift you can give to your body. Work on specific goals you have for health improvement and let your well-trained Pilates teacher help guide you step-by-step through the process of safe and appropriate exercises working the Pilates system. Your Private training sessions may include Functional Fundamental exercises, Pilates Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chairs & Barrels, as well as working on bridging the gap between your “fitness” program, and daily life and/or sport activities to help fine-tune your technique, enhance body awareness, and help keep you safe and injury-free.
